The "CiCi's Ultimate Pizza Party" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") will begin at 12:00am Eastern Standard Time (EST) ("Sweepstakes Start Date") on August 3, 2006, and end at 11:59pm EST on October 31, 2006 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes is sponsored by CiCi Enterprises LP ("Sponsor").

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents, 13 years of age or older in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and South Dakota. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, CiCi Enterprises LP, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively including Sponsor), their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Two Ways To Enter: 1) Enter by playing the on-line game "Numberzerk" at http://www.cicispizza.com. Participants need to follow all on-line directions and must enter the following information: First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address, Password, Username/Screen Name, Country, State, City and Zip Code. 2) Enter by playing the on-line game "Kaplink" at http://www.cicispizza.com. Participants need to follow all on-line directions and must enter the following information: First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address, Password, Username/Screen Name, Country, State, City and Zip Code. All entries must be received by 11:59pm EST on October 31, 2006. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address that submits more than maximum allowed entries.

Internet Limitations of Liability: If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of this termination date. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared as the person noted in the "Last Name"/"First Name" required fields on the on-line registration which was selected as the winning entry.

Prizes: Three (3) winners will be selected monthly, one each month, at random from game registrations. Each winner will receive a CiCi's Pizza gift certificate to be redeemed at any CiCi's Pizza restaurant location. Each certificate accounts for 6 adult buffet purchases including drinks and deserts. The Average Retail Value (ARV) of each certificate is $50. Such certificate cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions are allowed.

Drawing and Notification: A total of three (3) winners will be selected, one each month. The winners will be selected monthly by random drawing from eligible game entrees. The winners will be selected by random drawing of all participants who register by any of the two methods outlined above. The random drawings will be conducted on or about September 15th, October 15th and November 15th, 2006, by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail, along with completion of the full entry form. Upon receipt of information, confirmation will be sent to winner in writing via USPS mail.

Prize Conditions: Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and return those signed documents within 14 days of written notification. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. All taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner's entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

Terms & Conditions: This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, vendors associated with the sweepstakes, and the respective officers and employees of these entries, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered, or participation in this sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the sweepstakes mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
